Chinese necklace of antique mutton fat jadeite & red jadeite hand carved beads w some added modern spacer beads. Theme is Boy & Giant Peach, an auspicious symbol in both Chinese & Japanese folklore. There are small 14K gold beads & lg sterling silver filigree beads as well. The small round beads & crescent beads are fillers & modern machine made of carnelian agate. The carved beads are all antique, probably from Qing period. A few 14K beads have dents. There is one modern crescent bead which has one tip broken off about 3 mm. It is not noticeable and one must search very intently to find it. Pendant: 2-3/8" x 1-1/2" x 3/8" ~31" TL. Please see the pictures as the visual description of this item.
